Welcome to our new Blog Site. It is our hope that the communities that we serve in Redding and Northern California will benefit from having a world class forum where people can communicate freely about current events happening in our community. This forum will also serve as a destination for individuals, businesses and organizations to communicate their wishes and desires for a better community.
We believe that the new paradigm of the internet has created the ability for the people in our communities to share ideas, thoughts, plans, and suggestions openly about issues that arise from day to day. Blogs and Forums have created a new powerful medium for people to espouse their views on a wide variety of topics. It is our intention to offer this new technology for use by and for the benefit of the people living in our communities. We have seen people use this new technology without regard to the negative consequences to the community. It is our intent for our forums to be informative and a constructive and positive influence on the direction our communities are taking.
We ask that all participants observe some general rules of good behavior when communicating their opinions about topics in our Forums. We agree with what the worldwide community has said about Etiquette in Forums/Blogs and will enforce to the best of our ability a policy of good behavior in these forums so that all who participate do so in the spirit of good communication and with the betterment of our community in mind.
